A BETTER ROOM CHANGES
THE CONVERSATION.

And the conversation changes what
becomes possible.

Parler pour parler creates private, facilitated experiences for remote teams who need something deeper than another meeting, workshop or virtual social.

The room is deliberately designed.
What happens inside it isn’t.

A limited number of private rooms are facilitated each month.

La pièce est le produit.

PPP does not tell a team how it should behave. It creates the conditions in which people interpret, challenge, choose, negotiate, reconsider and decide together. There is no model to master. No score to optimize. No correct answer waiting at the end. What emerges reveals how this particular room thinks.

The dilemma creates the tension.
The participants create the thinking.
The conversation makes it visible.
Designed with intention. Unscripted by design.

22 WAYS THINKING CAN SHOW UP IN A ROOM

A vocabulary for noticing how people think.

Not personality types. Not labels. A practical way to notice how people generate ideas, process complexity, navigate uncertainty and arrive at decisions.

THREE DESIGNED ROOMS

Different situations.
Different tensions.
The same question: what becomes visible when this team has to think together?

Each Parler pour parler experience places a team inside a distinct world of ambiguity, judgment and competing perspectives. The structure changes. The purpose does not: to create the conditions in which how people think together can emerge.

An experience around competing interests, negotiation and collective possibility. The room begins with separate priorities and reveals how people negotiate value, trade-offs and shared outcomes.

How the team thinks when interests collide.

An experience around values, trade-offs and competing priorities. The team encounters choices with no neutral answer, making judgment, conviction and compromise visible.

What the room protects when not everything can be protected.

An experience around evidence, judgment and competing interpretations. The team examines the same unfolding story, tests assumptions and forms conclusions together.

How differently people can read the same evidence.

Private facilitated experiences for remote teams.

Three-hour experiences built around meaningful dilemmas—using ambiguity, evidence, competing perspectives and unscripted decisions to make team thinking visible.

Votre équipe travaille déjà ensemble.

The more interesting question is whether they ever get to see how they think together.

2 | PRIVATE TEAM CONVERSATION

We meet privately to understand the team, select the right experience and reserve the room.

3 | RÉSERVER LA CHAMBRE

Your private date is secured with a 50% non-refundable deposit. From there, the experience begins to take shape.

4 | PRÉPARER LES PARTICIPANTS

5 | DESIGN THE ROOM AROUND THEM

Those profiles inform distinct points of view and shape the materials prepared for each participant.

6 | ENTRER DANS L'EXPÉRIENCE

Your team enters a fully facilitated three-hour experience. The architecture is prepared. The thinking is not.

7 | PRIVATE REFLECTION

Afterward, participants reflect privately on what they noticed, what shifted and what remains with them.

8 | RECEVOIR LE RAPPORT DE DIRECTION

You receive a considered record of the room—capturing the patterns of thinking that emerged, the perspectives that shaped the conversation and what became visible through the experience.

They leave having seen how the room thinks.

Parler pour parler creates private, facilitated virtual experiences for remote teams. Each experience places participants inside a carefully designed situation that asks them to interpret, choose, negotiate, question assumptions and respond to one another.

There is no behaviour model to master and no predetermined conclusion to reach. The room creates the conditions. The people reveal the thinking.

Est-ce que Parler pour parler est une activité de team building ?

Not in the conventional sense. There are no icebreakers, trivia or forced participation exercises. Parler pour parler gives a team something meaningful enough to interpret, challenge and decide together.

Connection emerges through the experience itself—not because participants are instructed to “team build.”

Who is it designed for?

Parler pour parler is designed for professional teams who want something more substantial than a virtual social or conventional team-building activity.

It is particularly well suited to remote and hybrid teams, leadership groups, founders and experienced professionals who already work together but may have few opportunities to see how one another thinks outside the usual demands of work.

Does it work for fully remote teams?

It was designed for them. Parler pour parler is built specifically for the virtual room. Remote teams often communicate constantly while having relatively few opportunities to encounter how colleagues think, decide and respond beyond the structures of ordinary work.

How is it different from a workshop?

A workshop usually begins with something the facilitator wants to teach. Parler pour parler begins with something the participants have to experience.

There is no lesson to memorize and no predetermined conclusion everyone is expected to reach. Participants encounter a situation, make choices, challenge one another, reconsider and discover what becomes visible in the room.

How is it different from virtual games or trivia?

Virtual games are primarily designed to entertain. Parler pour parler gives participants something consequential enough to think about, disagree about and decide together.

Perspectives matter. Judgment matters. And because there is rarely one obvious right answer, the room has a reason to genuinely engage rather than simply compete.

What happens during an experience?

Each experience is a private three-hour facilitated virtual session built around a particular situation. Participants enter the world of the experience, receive the information they need and move through a series of decisions, conversations and challenges.

The facilitator protects the architecture of the room without dictating what participants should think or where the conversation should end.

How is each experience prepared for our team?

Before the experience, participants complete a private Perspective Profile. Those responses help shape the distinct points of view, roles and materials prepared for the room.

The structure is carefully designed in advance. The interpretation, choices and dynamics that emerge belong entirely to the people inside it.

Do we need to prepare anything beforehand?

Very little. Once your experience is reserved, we guide the preparation from there.

Participants receive everything they need before entering the room, including their private Perspective Profile and individual experience materials.

How many people can participate?

Each experience is designed for a small team of 6 to 9 participants. That size gives everyone enough room to contribute while preserving the complexity and richness of a real group dynamic.

Can larger teams participate?

Yes. Larger organizations can reserve multiple private rooms. Each individual room remains intentionally small so that people can participate meaningfully rather than disappear inside a webinar-style format.

What is included in a private experience?

Each private experience includes participant preparation, individual Perspective Profiles, personally prepared experience materials, three hours of private facilitation, post-experience reflection and an Executive Experience Report.

The report captures the patterns of thinking that emerged, the perspectives that shaped the room and what became visible through the experience.

Is Parler pour parler an assessment?

No. Participants are not scored, ranked or assigned personality labels. The experience is designed to make patterns of thinking, judgment and interaction more visible as they naturally emerge in the room.

The purpose is not to define people. It is to give the team and its leadership a richer view of how different ways of thinking show up together.

What is the investment?

A private Parler pour parler experience is $2,500 USD for one team of 6 to 9 participants.

A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your private date, with the remaining balance due seven days before the experience.

Is it available in English and French?

Yes. Parler pour parler is designed as a bilingual offering, with English and French facilitation and participant materials available across the experience catalogue.

I worked with Doris for several months on an engagement for a banking client in Montreal. Doris is an excellent professional: a very strong communicator, an expert in her field, proactive, and above all, a pleasure to work with. I knew a customer was in good hands when Doris was responsible for a delivery project. I’ve met many consultants from the test automation and load testing world. Very few of them have the hands-on experience of delivering large complex mandates as Doris does.

Doris repeatedly delivered projects for which our customers were extremely satisfied with. The proof is that many of our repeat customers kept asking to have Doris assigned to their mandates.

Doris was my senior ALM delivery consultant for an enterprise-class project in the energy sector and she did an excellent job. She took pains to understand their needs. Then she built out the ALM environment and documented the build to the client’s exacting requests.

She exhibited team leadership skills with my junior offshore team and played mentor, which was greatly appreciated. She finished on a high note and conducted superb admin skills transfer sessions with the client’s project lead. Finally Doris was instrumental in designing and maintaining our progress reporting dashboard. I recommend her highly to anyone looking for any and all of her great skills.
